Monthly Mini-Retreat

First Saturday of each month, 9am - 4pm, at St. Garabed’s Armenian Church, 44th and Wyoming (one block south of Westport Road and three blocks east of State Line Road).

No registration required. Donations will be accepted. Chairs and cushions provided, or bring your own. Arrive at 9am for sitting, walking, and eating meditation. Bring a sack lunch or walk to one of the many nearby restaurants to practice mindful eating. Conclude with guided loving-kindness practice and discussion.
